Jw Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa Palm Desert, Palm Desert

Our visit to the hotel was highlighted by stunning grounds and beautiful views of the mountains. While the cleanliness of our room was commendable and the golf courses were a highlight, we were disappointed by various service inconsistencies and restrictions that detracted from our experience. The dining options, especially at the bar, offered a nice selection, but the early closures and rowdy atmosphere at times were not ideal.

My stay at this resort was a mix of highs and lows. While the expansive amenities and beautiful views made for a wonderful getaway, I encountered some service hiccups that dampened the experience. The pools are fantastic for families, and the dining options are diverse, but I wish the service could have matched the hotel's quality. Overall, it's a charming place, especially for families.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel, featuring a beautiful lobby and comfortable, well-furnished rooms. The staff went out of their way to ensure we felt welcomed and attended to, especially during our dinner at the Rockwood Grill. While the amenities are plentiful and enjoyable, I did notice a decline in service quality, particularly regarding some fees and the management of groups during our stay. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience with a few areas needing improvement.
